1-on-1 Sessions with Elia - Six Session Series
I offer individual movement sessions online to support people in their movement practice and healing journey. Blending the work of Dance, Qigong, and Mobility, I work with people from all backgrounds, cultures, and personal histories. My work is trauma-informed, with a focus on the nervous system and a belief that your own body is the most powerful resource you have to heal.
All sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs, goals, and body history.
Six 60-minute session on Zoom. Recommended once per week, or once every two weeks.
How it works: We will schedule a free 20-min intro session to talk about your goals, needs, and unique personal history. After that, each session is 60-min long, and you receive the recording of each entire session to download and use for as long as you want.
