The single most effective way to be healthier and happier - and live longer - is to dance more.

I use movement, meditation, and breath to open the heart, quiet the mind, and tune the body.

When we add these elements together, the result is greater than the sum of its parts.

That is what I call dance.

And in the words of the ancient mystic Hafiz, ‘Come dance with me.’
